This episode is about a Taiwanese manga artist unit’s idea to portray the encounter between a Taiwanese boy who can’t speak Japanese and a Japanese adult who can’t speak Mandarin. Keita also talked about his grandmother seeing his works during dialysis.
More info on the Bokudora project, a contest where manga artists create a manga with Keita Machida as the main character, and the grand prize winner will have their work adapted into a TV drama by TV Tokyo.
The airing time would be every Wednesday 1 AM JST from January 5th, 2022, starting from 4 episodes of manga and contest documentary, and then to 8 episodes of the actual drama.
Meanwhile, from now till January, TV Tokyo will release 10 mini episodes of promo info videos like this one on YouTube every week.
